Stefan Meschke, Dipl.-Ing. (FH)
Stefan Meschke started specialising in the fields of water supply and sanitation during his civil engineering degree. A position with an engineering consultancy marked the beginning of his professional career in 1988. He then assumed a managerial role with an internationally operating consultancy in the water sector. He gained further experience at management level with a construction and engineering company, taking responsibility for the implementation of various wastewater treatment plants in Eastern Europe, Asia and South America.
He established IMS Engineers in 2001 and has been providing consultation services ever since, both as an individual expert and in dedicated teams for specific tasks, with a strong focus on the water supply and environmental sectors, mainly in projects within development cooperation.
